Return & Shipping Policy

Because this item is custom-made, returns and cancellations cannot be accepted unless the issue is due to a production error on our part.

All orders are securely packaged with protective materials such as bubble wrap and packing peanuts to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. Once your package has been shipped, D. Millz 3D Works cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the shipping carrier.

If your item arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier. We are happy to provide any necessary order information to help support your claim, but we are unable to replace or refund items damaged during transit.
