The cart automatically waives one adult digitizing fee when an order includes 10 or more adult embroidered hats; youth hats do not count toward this threshold. Orders with multiple designs may need a fee review, so request a quote if you want fees confirmed before ordering. A previously digitized design may qualify for a fee waiver; request a quote so we can verify the file is still available. Files are retained for at least one year; availability after that depends on whether we can locate the file.
